Volunteering

Any adult who has been authorized to volunteer his/her time to work with Kinnaird Elementary students (e.g. field trip chaperone, cafeteria, etc.) MUST first apply for a Criminal Records Check and be cleared through the Ministry of Justice.
 
Please note that this process is FREE and can be used once authorized by school administration at Kinnaird Elementary.
 
CRIMINAL RECORD CHECK
 
PROCEDURE
 
1) CLICK HERE to visit the Criminal Record Check page (please read through the terms to make sure that you meet the requirements)
 
2) Enter the following code (unique to our school): F86RSTSJ2L
 
3) Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the application
 
4) Check in with Kinnaird Elementary Administration two weeks after the application has been submitted to confirm that you have been cleared (the results of your records check is sent to the school administration).

You can send your abstract directly to the school by inputting the School’s email address [email protected] or you can have it emailed to you so that you can print a copy for us and for your records.

If you are helping us out by driving students in your personal vehicle, the final piece of documentation we require is the volunteer driver form. CLICK HERE to access the fillable PDF. Please return to the school office with other documentation.
KINNAIRD ELEMENTARY PARENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE (PAC)
Our Parent Advisory Council (PAC) is actively supporting the students and staff in various activities and fundraisers throughout the school year.
